  • Telephone support: 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
  • Same business day response to email requests
  • Same business day dispatch of service technician for any failed part replacement
  • Access to software download website for new version upgrades, patches, and fixes for customers current on subscription and support
  • Case logging, status updates, progress review
