Support: Schooner Support is included in every annual subscription at no additional cost. During the term of your subscription you'll have access to all software upgrades, updates, and patches released by Schooner during that term. This includes new features, performance enhancements, and bug fixes as well as changes needed to maintain compatibility with new releases of MySQL, InnoDB, and memcached. Schooner customers can also register to access Schooner Forums, which includes useful tips, community knowledge, and documentation about SchoonerSQL and Schooner Membrain.

Schooner does offer custom on-site Customer Support options for large customers. But the easiest way to obtain on-site MySQL support is to work with Schooner's service partners such as Percona and Pythian. They can provide support including deep MySQL tuning and troubleshooting, and typically do so per incident.

Migrating to SchoonerSQL from any MySQL variant (such as MySQL Enterprise, MySQL Cluster, or MySQL Community Edition) is simple and straightforward. Current users of other enterprise databases such as Oracle Database, IBM DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server have also successfully migrated to SchoonerSQL to realize lower total cost of ownership (TCO). Migration Services

SQLWays converts stored procedures, functions, triggers, database schema (DDL) and data from major databases to SchoonerSQL.
